 LEASE RATE-Depending on the age, location, condition and size of the condominiums, lease rates may vary from Php 35,000.00 to Php 250,000.00 per month.
PERIOD OF LEASE-Generally, the period of lease would be at least one to two years with an option to renew.
TERMS OF PAYMENT-Generally, rental is paid one year in advance plus two months security deposit.
